High performance alloy for elevated temperature interconnects
Excellent formability, strength, and 150°C stress relaxation resistance
Excellent conductivity and plateability.
Stabile: Maintains 83% of it's initial stress after 1000 hours at 150°C, and 77% after 10,000 hours.
Strong yet Conductive: High conductivity for yield strengths up to 85 ksi.
C19210 (Copper-Iron)
Connector alloy for electrical and electronic applications
High electrical conductivity. Critical for applications where high current/amperage is required.
High thermal conductivity
Minimizes temperature rise from resistive heating in high current or mixed mode applications.
Excellent stability with low internal stress, important considerations for precious metal contacts, automotive and electrical connectors.
Stabile
Maintains 75% of it's initial stress after 1000 hours at 105°C
Maintains 70% after 10,000 hours.
At temperatures of 350°C, C19210 was found to have 97% strength remaining after a time of 10 minutes.
C7026 (Copper-Nickel-Silicon)
High strength alloy for elevated temperature and electronic interconnects
C7026 is an ideal candidate for miniature, fine pitch components, elevated temperature interconnects, telecommunications, and high reliability applications.
The combination of strength, bend formability and stress relaxation stability make C7026 a clear option to proprietary alloys line C7025, Brush 60 (17460), and 171.
C7026 is also an upgrade to modified tin brass and modified phospher bronze alloys - which lack stability at high operating temperatures.
Stabile
Maintains 79% of it's initial stress after 1000 hours at 150°C
Maintains 71% after 10,000 hours
At temperatures of 350°C, C19210 was found to have 97% strength remaining after a time of 10 minutes.
