At Eagle Brass, we provide our customers with metal strip that exceeds their expectations for quality. Our commitment to the quality process is evident throughout our facility.
Incoming, in-process, and finished materials are continuously tested and evaluated. We test strip samples for mechanical and physical properties, and maintain chemical analyses for all orders which are logged into our plant wide integrated computer system. Every item produced at Eagle Brass has a planned process that we maintain in our computer system which enables us to produce uniform properties for our customers' orders from lot to lot. |

| Eagle brass maintains extensive base stock inventories of the twenty-six most popular copper base alloys which enables us to respond promptly to customers' strip requirements.
All our incoming raw materials are purchased from premiere domestic brass mills which are among the largest and best producers in the world. Computerized records, incorporating bar coding, allow us to maintain complete traceability of heat number, chemical and physical properties for every coil received and processed. Ordered to strict specifications, incoming base coils are constantly inspected for quality. |

| Plant personnel log on and off our company-wide IBM UNIX-based computer system at the start and completion of every process that an order receives. We then are able to track every order in our facility and provide real time information to our customers concerning the status of their orders. |

| Price In Effect & Firming Metal Values |
|
Standard industry terms in the brass industry are price in effect at time of shipment. Eagle Brass will firm customer orders that are scheduled within our current leadtime. Customers who firm an order for spot buys under 5000 lbs with a single release are required to sign a Customer Metal Agreement. This agreement outlines their responsibilities when firming metal with Eagle Brass. Multi-release orders and orders 5000 lbs and above with a single release require a Firm Metal Agreement. All customer purchase orders are required to state that the price is Firm if they want Eagle Brass to establish a firm price. |
